Welcome to Summer Music Camp 2019

Music camp is a fun and affordable way to continue learning music during the summer. Camp is one week and is offered for students eight years and older who have played for at least one year.

CCMA student musicians will spend the week studying and performing in ensembles at their appropriate level. Students will be mentored and led by outstanding music educators.

Central Coast Music Academy is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to providing music education to area students. Our mission is to instill an appreciation and enthusiasm for music, help children reap the rewards of music, and support and enrich existing music programs in the Central Coast area.

One Week Tuition: $120.00 includes camp t-shirt

Strings in the Summer is a continuation of the SLO Youth Symphony’s “Strings in Schools” program, and is designed to prepare students for “Super Bows!”

Intermezzo is an intermediate ensemble and is for students who have completed Super Bows! and/or participated in SLO Youth Symphony’s Preparatory Strings.

Camerata provides an environment where more advanced students will prepare challenging string repertoire. Students in this select group will be invited to participate based on instructor recommendation.

Brass and Woodwind Ensembles are for more experienced students. Students who participate in the CCMA Brass or Woodwind ensemble should be performing at the level of SLO Youth Symphony Winds or Concert Orchestra.
